Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site. Our products are dietary supplements intended for healthy adults.
Products and information. We work to describe our products accurately. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on the Site is for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
Orders and pricing. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, correct pricing errors, and limit quantities. An order is accepted when we send confirmation.
Shipping. We currently ship within the continental United States only. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save). Sirtua S3 is available on a recurring "Subscribe & Save" basis. By starting a subscription, you authorize Sirtua to automatically charge your payment method $53.40 every month, including free shipping, and this charge will continue automatically until you cancel. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. We send you an email confirmation after you subscribe, restating your price, billing interval, and how to cancel, and we email you before each renewal. You can skip, pause, change your billing date, or cancel anytime from your account before your next renewal date. Cancelling takes less than a minute and never requires a phone call. Intellectual property. All content on the Site (text, logos, designs, images) is owned by Sirtua and may not be used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sirtua is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by applicable law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
