These Subscription Terms apply to Sirtua's "Subscribe & Save" program and form part of our Terms of Service.
How it works. When you choose Subscribe & Save for Sirtua S3, you start a recurring subscription. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
What you pay. You will be charged $53.40 per month, with free shipping included, billed to your payment method on the same date each month. This is a fixed subscription price with no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable tax shown at checkout.
When you are charged. Your first charge happens when you place your order. After that, we charge your payment method on your monthly renewal date and ship your next bottle automatically. We send you an email confirmation when you subscribe and a reminder email before each renewal, so you are never surprised by a charge.
Cancel anytime, in under a minute. You can cancel before your next renewal date with no fee and no phone call. To cancel:
- Open your account from the link in any subscription email, or go to Manage subscription: your account
- Select your Sirtua S3 subscription.
- Choose Cancel and confirm.
From the same place you can also skip an upcoming order, pause your subscription, change your billing date, or update your payment and shipping details.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we will notify you and try again before pausing your subscription. We will not cancel your subscription on a single failed payment.
Refunds. Every subscription order is covered by our 60-Day Promise. If you are not satisfied, contact hello@sirtua.com within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, even if the bottle is empty.
Changes. We may change subscription pricing or terms going forward. If we do, we will notify you by email before the change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
