Where we ship. We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes outside carrier coverage, or international addresses at this time. We're working on expanding, join our list to hear first.
Processing time. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email, and a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping time and cost. Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days after processing. Subscription orders ship free. One-time orders are charged a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.
Subscriptions. Subscription orders ship automatically at your chosen interval and include free shipping.
Tracking. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking by email. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, email hello@sirtua.com.
Lost or delayed packages. If a package is significantly delayed or marked delivered but not received, contact hello@sirtua.com and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.
